Working as quality controller

it is quite interesting working with Eskom as the job comes with its own challenges and there are certain expectation, which all makes it so interesting. Moreover it has been an experience that has groomed me in my career and personally. I have learned the importance of being a team player, working under pressure and willingness to learn. I have learned that Quality as my career path is not as simple as one would assume it to be but can be quite complex giving the culture of people or organization but in all patience and dedication can lead to culture of doing things right the first by making quality the center of all business principles and processes. I enjoyed the most learning the technical part of the plant as this helps me in becoming a good Quality practitioner who not only understand the business process but also the technical processes of the business and importance of always aligning the two together.

Pros: opportunity to learn and grow more in my career
Cons: fear of my work becoming a routine
