Good starting out salary but tend to stagnate after years with company.
Good starting out salary but tend to stagnate after years with company. Great for graduates as there is a training programme 18 months to 24 months long. Lots of cost saving initiatives. There is also understaffing due to keeping numbers down. Promotions are also frozen.

General Duties
1) Follow up with adequacy of fault response procedures where customers have experienced loss of supply for prolonged periods or when a high number of customers were impacted by a fault condition on the power system 2) Project investigations for improvement of assets, raising of projects to address key findings, management of project execution where necessary. 3) Management Reporting on KPIs, Dashboards and Presentations for higher Management 4) Failure Rate Correlations to Network Performance with Risk Identification (High Risk Assets)
