To me nursing is not just a job but it a calling,i breath ,i live nursing that me

good relationship with co-worker, working with a team, I have learnt to work under pressure give my all to the patients, show my real corncen in everything that I do, the challenging thing is shortage of nurses when we have to manage a Ward with more patients while the nurse are short,most thing I enjoy and is that I do what I like the most to be a nurse.

Learning new life outside college. Personnel and Career development. Teamwork suvive and Important of departmental interaction. Epmds challege us the time is limit the task is morethan the time frame tbat an challenge where is come to new year cycle.
