Excellent learning curve

I've learned a lot about myself and the opportunity that was given to me to work in a call center. I just need more challenging to challenge myself further. Work is ok but my needs are not met n feel that I'm given empty promises.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: promises not kept

Learning curve

Great opportunity and experience but not meet some of the discussions not heard most of the Time. Great colleagues to work with. Learned a lot about myself working under pressure and team work.

Excellent experience obtained

A lot of work a typical day is maintaining a balance between several urgent matters that must be dealt with. Cashflow takes priority and operations tasks still have deadlines and cannot be postponed. Beginning and end of month is unbearably busy and middle of month is working at a comfortable pace. 50% of co-workers are pleasant and easy to work with others are a challenge. I have learned skills in different sectors for instance 2 sectors of finance and operations. I enjoy analyzing and solving problems. I take minimal leave and have only taken 3 sick days in 4 years.

Pros: work close to home
Cons: overworked and no room for growth
