Good for entry level artisan

I'm a senior rigger at ergo mining. I have good relationship with my coworker as I have good communication skill and good team play.i learnt that rigging is the team effort and now idea is better than other.i have good judgement of rigging study and I'm good at what I do.i enjoy getting the job done no matter how big it is.thnx

Its a good place to learn and improve your skill especially in mechanical fitting is wide

I used to work more hours a day sometimes 24 hour especially when there is a lot brake down, they never pay overtime but it was a benefit for me, to learn more as fast as i could cause i believe you only learn by doing not by observing. and give you time to see the work planning and the strategy they use to minimise time,and push more for production.they took care of each other safety comes and the cultural diversity is good learn a new thing every day not just the work but languages and they way of doing things, the most challenging aspect was to accept the pressure and deal with it before it can affect you,so they tought me to have a work plan and strategy to make work easier for me

Pros: i think the safety standard is poor
Cons: sometimes
