I did a course and i completed it last year 2016 and i got two certificates for it.

A typical work day at ERC Holdings would be answering phones, dealing with query's such as pay and personal query's with the guards which sometimes is quite emotional at times but i try to help them with the best of my ability. In our offices we do send emails and call each other only work related stuff we help and learn a lot from each other. What i enjoy most of the company that a person can grow within the company and learn a lot of things everyday i recently had to rewrite a report that one of the guards wrote and i had to rewrite the whole report it was quite challenging but i did and my OPS manager was proud of me.

Improve Basic skills to apply for this opportunity

Start from 07:30 to 16:30 Very Good relationships with staff To stay calm to make sound judgements Working with people Sign deals Always a challenge to meet deadlines meet. You have to plan properly for daily and forth coming tasks. Make an Spreadsheet of all contacts on your databasis.

Enhance my Skills and attitude

HiIt is always nice to work under pressure Work from 7:30 to 16:30 during the week Weekends I am off I have a good relationship with fellow colleagues Learnt how to stay discipline and follw instcit to achieve goals. Try to meet standards and deadlines
