Learned to be independent and take responsibility for my actions

Manufacturer LED lights and building robots light, working hand to hand by different departments in one company, working on projects and learning new things as we do different projects and sharing thoughts but having to push production at same time.

Pros: With responsibility you can be promoted to be supervisor

Not enough people who are trained

One person has do more jobs because not enough people trained on a specific jobs and it strains the next person and put too much pressure on the next person, if more people can be trained it will be better and easy on the next the person. They need to improve on that section.

Pros: Great opportunity but not enough people trained on a specific jobs that makes one to work hard in those 8hours
Cons: Normal hours

Experienced co-workers sharing decades of experience in with the inexperienced employees

Company does not priorities quality over price. They undervalue their products which lead to less profit. Products are well designed given the timeline for projects. No communication about company wellbeing between employee and employees

Pros: Casual work environment
Cons: No possibility of growth

Very good learning opportunities

A typical day is very busy doing as much as you can in a day, co workers are all self starters and driven I learn on every project I work on. I enjoy doing new project and working on new systems.

Pros: job satifaction
Cons: working away from home from time to time
