I am a fast learner, hard worker, loyal,
I am Alicia van der Berg. I have 6 years experience as a credit controller, 2 years as a debtors clerk. I am strong in recons and collections. I have good negotiation skills, I am a fast learner, lateral thinker and preform good under pressure and I handle stress very well, work well in a team. I am always willing to learn more and go the extra mile. I set goals for myself and work to wards achieving those goals. I am a hard worker, always early at work. I am a peoples person. I get along with my colleagues. I can handle a conflict situation should one arise by solving the problem professionally and continue with my work. I am loyal, trustworthy and committed. I have knowledge of credit management. I am use to working with big book values. The reason for me applying for this position is due to the company relocating.

Excellent learning environment
Typically i don't really have daily tasks, more like weekly. It all depends on the week. I come in daily and check the bank statements. I deal with whatever queries i have in the morning. Payments get checked during the week as i get them. We make payments every Thursday so i have to ensure that everything is checked and loaded by then. At month end i check all credit card journals and post whatever other journal needs to be done - Euro centre, prepayments, accruals etc. Then i do my recons. In-between whatever else needs to be done i oblige.
Pros: have a great team, hours are good
Cons: company integration, unable to relocate to capetown

Hi there, It is very nice to work in a team for I have experienced that we are different some are short tempered people while some have patience and am the of the patience, loving caring person. it is very good for we can be there for each other, we share our differences while in the other hand we cope with our work load. to work as team is like one family leaving in the same house. The typical time that we experience is when we are short of stuff and is Saturday where receive calls like someone just delivered them with five big trucks none stop till the morning truly that is a sabotage to us. that night shift become a nightmare.

I like working under pressure, working with defferent people helps me because I have learn their languages, and working with nine province help to understand and know people culture. Working with a team help because if don't know something you can get help fast, I have a good relationship with my co-workers, I enjoyed working with a big team and helping defferent people with different problem. most challenging is helping the person who doesn't know where they are calling from

Definately learning curve.
I enjoy the seemingly kind people. The challenge of working 12hour shifts and the offices not being on easy taxi routes (having to take multiple taxis to get here at 06:00 the morning or 18:00 the evening I could live without. There's a lot of work to do in a day. I like the fact that we are helping people. I hate the half an hour lunch for the 12 hour shift, I almost never take lunch as its not only to short and having to shovel food down my throat isn't appealing. They subsidize medical aid but only for you and kids not spouses or partners.
Pros: Im being exposed to an entirely different work setup.
Cons: Long hours of work with short lunch ,Medical Aid on offer not the best,opprtunity for growth non existent ( only found that out recently).

I Vinolia Esplin, Currently work at ER24 EMS and have reached the glass ceiling. I am looking to work for a larger company that’s dynamic and growing. I have a vast work experiences ranging from computer support to Telephonic medical assistance. The last 4 years I have been focused on the process of Medical Emergencies, Incident Management, Helicopter activations and placing Guarantees of payments . This was part of reason for joining the Emergency Medical Services hands dirty and get closer to the actual process definition and now I am ready to add my value, expertise and experience to a larger environment

I hace case management experience in both and private sector
IN MY WORK EXPERIENCE I HAVE LEARNED FINANCIAL, CONFLICT AS WELL AS RISK MANAGEMENT. MY COMMUNICATION SKILL HAD TO IMPROVE QUICKLY, DUE TO DAILY CLIENT TELEPHONIC CONTACT. I WORK IN A CONTACT CENTRE, WITH LOTS OF DIVERSE PEOPLE. NOT ONLY AM I COMPUTER LITERATE, BUT I WORK WITH A COMPUTER DAILY AT WORK. I AM EXERIENCED IN INTERNATIONAL AS WELL AS LOCAL MEDICAL INSURANCES. KNOWLEDGE OF MED SCHEME RULES AND PMB CONDITIONS. ALL THE ABOVE HAS HELPED TO STRENGTHEN MY PTOFESSIONAL IMAGE. MY PERSONAL IMAGE WAS ALREADY STRONG, AS WELL AS MY ADAPTIVENESS. I HAVE KNOWLWEDGE OF ICD10 CODING AS WELL AS CPT CODING

Good experience
Long working hours, including nightshifts. Dangerous areas. Good co-workers Not many benefits, no bonus I've learnt a lot about both the private and government sectors. I have extensive experience dealing with various medical professionals as well.as medical aids. Extensive experience treating patients who are critically ill/injured as well as administrative and supervisory skills.
