Excellent learning curve

Great ,but sadly shortlived learning curve.Generally fast paced environment with a lot of interaction with clients and customers, resolving related and unrelated queries effectively with huge emphasis on business efficiency.

Worthy learning curve

The experience was sadly short lived due to a host of factors,namely:internal restructuring ,new business developments and a general difficult trading environment.Engagement with clients was to the most highest standard aligned to company and general acceptable code of ethics.The challenges included limited room for growth and no incentive structure for ambitious and dedicated personnel.

Good learning experience

A typical 8-5 work day within an inbound call-centre environment.I have learnt to be patient,enjoyed communication with the customers and the challenging aspects have been maintaining professionalism within a informal work environment
