Am a god fearing lady whose willing and eager to learn at all times, go an extra mile for clients.
its nice working with vehicle but am just from maternity leave and theres been so many changes whilst i was away and theres a new system that has been implemented. my typical day is i liasise with different fleet managers getting authorisations for their vehicles that will have gon e in for service or repairs.
Pros: you get to learn more about cars

Excellent learning curve
my typical day at eqstra is liaising with fleet managers when vehicles go in for services and repairs. My day starts at 8:00am and finishes at 4:30pm. In between i make follow ups of previous days works, compile reports for outstanding vehicles, as no work is carried out without prior approval from the fleet manager. We have FML(full maintenance Lease) clients and MM(managed maintenance) clients.

Dealing with people
A typical work day Making calls ensuring that clients receive the best service Assisting clients on a daily basis and calling panel beaters making sure our work delivered to clients is excellent. Relationship with co- workers Friendly but wise when it comes to work related I do assist my co- workers whatever is required Practically I have a good, excellent and understanding relationship with my co- workers What have I learnt I learnt how socialise with people I learnt telephonic skills I learnt how to deal with client and suppliers I learnt basic of computer literacy I learnt typing at a preferable paste What I enjoy the most I enjoy helping clients get the best and excellent service Most challenging aspects of the job. So far I did not have any challenges at my current job, I learn and make sure it is done at its best.

Excellent customer focused
I am a multi-tasked person, who enjoys a challenge. I provide excellent people and problem solving skills. I am a dynamic person who believes, in today’s customer service, internally and externally oriented society, timely, friendly, and proactive service is sought to enhance future business growth. Excellent Learning Curve
...if you have a manager who is interested in growning his team as well as the business. Analysis on past and present data to develop and automate stats that add to company’s value statement. Work with various data sets to translate numbers into plain English, whether it's sales figures, market research, logistics, or transportation costs. My job is to take that data and use it to help the company make better business decisions. I help to develop technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company's sales efforts, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Manage requirements at the project level and take role in assisting with the business case. Also, I am familiar with some computer software and tools including; Querying Language (SQL), Spreadsheet (Excel, ACL). Teams are friendly, usually helpful. Many opportunities for learning and junior leadership.

Excellent experience
In my 6years at Eqstra I have gained a lot of experience and have grown as an individual. I believe when I decide to move I will contribute a lot of knowledge to the company that will hire.
