Excellent learning curve for young people

I enjoyed it in the beginning but from my managers side, they didn't explain everything in detail that I needed to know. I didn't get a salary for the month of April or May, I had to live off my savings. The month of June I only got a salary of R3800, and that doesn't even cover my monthly expenses. I have a great relationship with my colleagues and managers, but I feel they haven't been honest. I took a leap of faith to do this job knowing it's only commission based salary. The thing I enjoyed the most is helping people invest money, helping people ensure the future for their families and children. I'm looking for a new job because I need a salary that I can know all my expenses are paid and that I can save money again to make up for the money I've used.

Pros: Great opportunity to make a lot of money
Cons: Very difficult industry to work in

Good learning curve, different from anything else I have done and very limiting.

I work from home working mainly on the computer. This is a half-day position and I do not find it stimulating at all. I very seldom have the oportunity to chat to other people so find the position very lonely. I love the idea of working at home and it is a challenge to stay motivated but I am a people's person and need to be more active in my position. I did get on with most of my co-workers when I did work at the office but there is always a "rotten apple" in every company so I would be a saint if I got on with everyone - clearly I am not there yet :)

Pros: Work from home
Cons: No stimulation
