Control the fleet, supervisor about 40 staff, loading of the truck, tracking

Good day I work for courier company. I'm the jar manager. I control the fleet, day to day of the running of all vehicle. I have over 40 staff that work around and with me. I control the loading and of loading of the trucks.

Pros: That I work with all departments in the company.
Cons: That I have to be on top of everything

Lilimited resources, you have to be at your best at all times, the so-called extra mile works Eps focuses more on logistics and as a follow up clerk, you deal with too many papers and still dwal with monitoring truckseveryday m
