Great Customer service

An effective team player, with a commitment to customer service, who possesses a track record of working in warehouse roles, coupled with good computer skills and the ability to communicate confidently at all levels. I have a highly organised approach, plenty of initiative and genuine desire to contribute to the ongoing success on a company. I have a reputation for delivering a high quality, personal service to both junior and senior colleagues. Apart from being immediately available. I have a good background in general administration along with experience of working within a customer focused company as I am currently working.

Excellent working environment. Always challenged to exceed expectations.

Great working environment without relaxed work hours. There is no typical day at Epiroc, every day brings different challenges and opportunities. All round friendly and collaborative relationship with co-workers who are scattered around the globe.

It is a great environment to be at.

I have learnt a lot from w working at Epiroc. I got the opportunity to also learn about HR and how they operate and also got to be part of the hiring process.

Pros: Great opportunity for personal growth in your field and you get the value of experience you need.
Cons: Working long hours especially, since we were working from home

Great opportunities

Great and humbling experience on has at Epiroc. I have learnt the importance of customer comes first, which supports the company vision, First in mind, First in choice. I enjoy seeing the end product, satisfying the customer and ensuring that our relationship with customers last through our quality service. The most challenging aspects of my job, is shortage of personnel. so that alone, put a lot of strain on us.
