Epilepsy South Africa Reviews

Unsatisfactory salary without benefits, but i i believe this is a great opportunity to learn.

A very challenging day but co-workers are very amazing and friendly, lesson learned is the when the work environment is healthy then the production becomes easy. i enjoy meeting deadlines. the challenging aspect is processing leaves.

Pros: We sometimes drive out to the meetings which is quite a relief to be out of office.
Cons: deadlines... deadlines

Workplace bullying, no supervision of social workers, unmanagelable case load

Workplace bullying by mangement, no supervision of social workers, unmanageable case load. 200-300 residents and day workers, walk-in enquiries, social media, group work and community work - in community - over and above work in centre. Team-member. No administrative support. No management support. Poor management and financial management of organisation. Some GREAT!! colleagues. Clients are wonderful and I enjoyed working with them! Burn-out and compassion fatigue due to lack of supervision and mis-management of organisation.

Pros: Wonderful clients
Cons: Poor management and workplace bullying.
