My role is dual including Brand Management and Account Management of Key Accounts within the Group.

As the F5 Brand Manager and Key Account Manager I spend a lot of my time at clients defending our brand and cultivating new opportunities within those clients, I have a team of people I work with including an Intern which I have been training. We have a very vibrant hard working group of people who are as good at work as they are at play. I have learned that the Company you work for can grow to quickly (came in as the 300th employee and now in ten years they grew to 11500 employees) This stretches the resources. I enjoy reading and long distance horse riding (Endurance) The most challenging part of my job is making sure I achieve my target every year.

Pros: Innovative, creative Company
Cons: Bad press and misinformation has tainted our reputation recently and this is also a slur on me by implication. :-(

Great team work, improvement on skills and experience

Great learning experience Up Skilling opportunity first enrolled into Technical Support Learnership which covered the basic IT support. That is where I learned about being in a group and being a team player and how to solve problems and decision making. We were prepared for a ready to work program where we developed people’s skills, developing efficient communicating skills, and u nderstanding emotional intelligence. Personally, I am a team player and a positive freespirited person who would like to get the privileged to work in your company. My previous job as an internal sales consult was a bliss there was so much to learn and s o much skill opportunities were Build relationships, engaging and negotiation with our various given to me to up skill. suppliers and vendors Reading and understanding documents to mitigate business risks from a pricing and commercial aspect and making a beneficial margin call.

Daily duties & responsibilities : Account Mapping Account Management Vendor Management Prepare Quotes - For Renewals on Support & Maintenance. Prepare Quotes for New Business Proposals on proposed F5 Solutions. Follow up on submitted quotations. Place Orders for approved quotations. Liaise with the procurement team on different orders. Liaise with Distribution Manage & Update CRM for new opportunities Monthly SLA Billing Prepare forecast reports every quarter/half-year In my previous role I am experienced on IT Technician and Systems Administration, customer service/Helpdesk/Call Centre environment with exposure to IT systems. I also exposed to assembling, upgrading, repairing, installing, maintaining PCs, LAN / network / Service Quality.

Excellent for growth

Its a good place to work in. We practically like a family. You free to move around,As long your job is done no body will bother you. Great opportunities for growth. We have good understanding with other co-workers. The company taught me everything i know, there is flexibility and always room for growth. I enjoy being free while working. Team work always.

Have Solid Technical Management skill

Currently working in a high-level Telecommunication Industry or ISP Group to design, manage and work in a troubleshooting environment with various different vendors. I have advanced experience and knowledge in Network Architecture, Design and Implementation. To Implement large projects e.g. 1000 router network with switches or more includes DC. Have solid experience in managing Network Engineers and as Technical Manager. Have reached Technical Project Managerial experience on huge technical rollouts and Senior IT/EXECUTIVE Management skill and CRM. I have solid 17yrs Network experience and 8yrs on Senior Management or Exec point of view.

Feel like our salary is bars on the colour of your skin.

Most of our black people always complaining about salary. Most of the black stuff don't own a property or a car. Not even a peace of land. Salary even when it's raised the difference will be between 100 and 300 rands. It's really sad.

Pros: Great company to grow your career
Cons: Low income for black people not important
