Micromanaged

In my department it is a very strict and deadline driven environment, no room for errors We are micromanaged like school children and there is always faults no matter what we do

Management not treating employees fairly

When I started working at EOH on the 01st July 2018 I was not welcomed at all by the stuff and by my Manager I was hired as a debtors clerk but on my arrival I was told that I now have to move to the billing department because two ladies resigned that morning. told my manger I was okay with the move because it will be an experience, I will add to my CV, over the year I learnt to blend in with the department and people and it turned out my colleagues were not so bad we got along very well and we always supported each other personally and professionally, however I noticed that my manger doesn’t treat some stuff fairly and she always micromanager’s us for instance all the Indians and coloured used to leave the office at 4PM because they had kids.

Pros: Great Opportunity for growth
Cons: Not getting paid enough for the amount of workload

Excellent conditions

I love my working environment great people to work with... challenging and mindful projects. Great learning opportunities. Busy environment especially at month end one of the busiest hard working finance department I have ever had the opportunity of been apart. Great team.

Hard working employee

I am well-presented and self-motivated individual with the ability to work with and without supervision. I have distinguished myself as an honest and trustworthy person with distinctive leadership ability. I am a candidate who is certain to add value to any employer. I enjoy being a team player and work well as a member of a team, and I am more than capable of performing tasks on my own unsupervised. I am dedicated to completing any task that is given to me and approach each situation in an organized manner. I have a great sense of humor, energetic and respectful. I thrive to a challenge and perform well under pressure.
