THE WORK THAT I DO ON MY DAILY BASIS IS TO SCAN THE SASSA FILE TO A KOFAX SOFTWARE WHICH WAS INTRODUCED BY EOH GROUP.WE WORK INDIVIDUAL BUT REGARDED AS TEAM TO MAKE THE SUCCESS OF THE COMPANY TO AN EXCELLENT AND QUALITY.I HAVE LEARNED TO BE SELF MOTIVATED PERSON AND HAVE EAGER TO LEARN NEW THING,ALSO TO ADAPT WELL TO DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENT .I ENJOY WORKING AS INDIVIDUAL BECAUSE OF THE ABILITY THAT I HAVE AND OBJECTIVE WHICH ENHANCE ME TO BE OPEN TO NEW CHALLENGE.THE CHALLENGING THING IS WHEN IT COMING TO FILE MISSING OR NOT RECEIVING THE FILE FROM SASSA BECAUSE IT A BIT LOOSE TO OUR COMPANY AS THEY WONT MAKE PRODUCTION

Work experience

EOH is one of the biggest IT Companies in SA. Being part of EOH means you need to work hard to keep the EOH flag flying. Working in teams is the culture of the company and I get along very well with the people in my team. I have learnt to make quick decisions and stay focused all the time as I am in a figure orientated environment. I enjoy working with numbers and the most challenging aspect of this job is to try and understand the products being sold so that we can allocate the revenue and costs accurately.

Pros: I love numbers, don't have to be too creative
Cons: sometimes i hae to even work on weekends to meet deadlines

I enjoyed everything thing I was doing Relationship with coworkers was good I do prioritize my day accordingly Was able to learn everything each day and there were challenges
