Not a great place to work for, unless you're into micro-management. No opportunity for growth. Cold company culture. Learnt how to be more independent as you literally have to figure out everything from systems, procedures etc. by yourself.

Pros: It pays the bills
Cons: Mentally, emotionally and physically draining

I am an individual with a passion for Employee Benefits and the development and management of people. My experience includes 9 years working in the Financial Services industry, specialising in Employee Benefits. I particularly enjoy the challenge of exploring new environments. With the bulk of my managerial experience being in Employee Benefits, my main focus over the past several years was based on optimising internal controls, streamlining reporting functions and managing of my own workforce and client relationships.

Pros: EOH is a listed company and a strong growing brand in South Africa
Cons: Large corporates takes time to make decisions
