Excellent learning curve

I was working on the GEMS account, normally clients (membrs will call in to enquire about their medical aid o. operator. We had several departments so we would transfer them to relevant department also joining prospective clients, provide information about the group scheme i.e. contribution, benefits & etc.

Pros: Working in different accounts(books)
