I'm Nomkhosi Bridget Lungile Mbatha. I'm a hard worker and willing to work anywhere when its come to Safety.I want to continue with studies of Health and safety because i like to save poeples like everywhere i go and i have a good communication with workers but on one condition they must comply to the rules of the campany. As a safety officer i learn a lot of things at Enza.1.The workers to comply to the rules of the campany you need to do Toolbox talks every day .2.All the company's your working with you must start with induction check their files .3.Do baseline or Risk assessment. Check ppe that is right for the job they do.4.All workers they has to do medals to show how fit their to job they going to do.Workers who work in height we need fall protection plan and all of them they must have safety harnesses and must must make sure that you teach them how to use it.

Good working environment.
There's opportunities of growth but rather limited in my purview. The people are great. I have learnt a great deal of admin work as my CV may be of reference. I enjoy hopping from department to department as it provides the greatest chance for me to learn and grow. I really don't like the days where there isn't much work to be done.
Pros: Possible opportunity for extended contract and/or bursary provision.
Cons: Salary is too little.

Excellent learning curve
SubPreparing monthly payment Certificates for Sub-contractors ? Preparations of the final account measurements ? Preparations of the BOQ for specialized sub-contractors packages ? On site measurement of work done, Progress evaluation of the project ? Contra-charging subcontractors for poor work done ? Communicating and liaising with site Engineers on site technical issues ? Preparations of the progress report and cost control of the project ? measuring all trades in preparations for materials Orders. ? Measuring of civil Quantities such as Sewer line, Bulk Earthworks, Water pipeline, pavicontractors
Pros: Great opportunity to learn, grow and development of you career
Cons: Long working hour sometimes especially when the is a deadline

Excellent supervising and Health and safety experince
Supervising all construction work,conduct administration in terms of health and safety,deals with safety files,attend off-site and on-site safety meetings. Good relationship with the workers. Dedication and loyalty in everything you do,be inter-active with co-workers, you must be a deadline orientated person.

More carefully bcos u can get injury easily
When I'm in the meeting I learn more things like preparing yourself before u go to the meeting, always on time, rules Ara rules of the company don't change them or if someone makes u to change them reports that person in a good way,I learn that be positive all the time, don't allow other amployers to change u, know what makes you to work don't depends on your friend that you find at working place

What I learned during my experience as Forman, Charge Hand and Skill Development Facilitator.
I learned that through construction field time is money. Skilled employees and team work is best tool to conquer any challenges in construction activities. Making every employee very important to the company makes the employees to hard and more. I am like to work with people make them to see the objectives and mission of the company. I believe Skill Development is very critical concept in very area of life because Skilled employees are very important to performance of the company. "Integrity and Respect"

No Growth where I am
I am looking to relocate to JHB asap. Experienced with CCS. I currently have 9 years experience the construction industry. 5 of those years as a QS and Estimator. Experienced in CCS-Pricing and Estimating. Ideally looking for a position in the Estimating department. Available to start with one months notice. Looking to relocate to Gauten As soon as possible. I feel that my experience as a QS and Estimator will be of great benefit as I understand the cost and deadlines involved in managing tenders.

Good learning curve
It was a good learning curve, its time i start my career in water engineering. Construction has been a great field but i have fallen inlove with water engineering so i have to start my career in water engineering

Very kind colleagues and management. I work in the tendering department that is not always busy so there's opportunity for focusing on studies and other things.

Good learning curve
My duties include: - Temporary work designs - Oversee the day to day operations of site work - Identify any problems with onsite work activities and providing solution - Make sure Health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times - Ensure project is managed according to time and program - Ensure project stays within the budget - Monitor the progress on site - Make sure material gets ordered and delivered - Liaise with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors - Make sure work complies with building regulations - Give feedback and liaise with seniors on a regular basis - Chair meetings with sub-contractors and many more…
