I was a supervisor, where i was managing +-200 employees, also abdating health and safety files for clients, handling the complains and rectifying them, fiiling the daily reports in to the system and sending them to my line manager, recruiting and training staff also capturing the time sheets and leave forms in to the computer and sending the files to the hr department. Doing receiving and dispatching invoices under microsoft dynamic for the company. Making sure that employees are getting right training for safety, sending them to different trainings to abgrate their skills and developing them to grow inside the company. Handling crises for on site department and make sure the crises is being solved and the customers are happy. By the end of business i am giving feed back to my line manager.
Pros: I am suitable to run the company on my own snd yo be an operation manager
Cons: I can work 8 to 12hours

Practical experience, payroll duties.
it is a dream, the conducivety of the environment and the people are friendly and helpful, dealing with employees`s queries and other stakeholders, your NBC and others have been challenging and greater experience, the day to day is basically dealing with employees, their salaries, Wages and leaves and what not. its been great.
Pros: you grow and there are opportunities to be promoted

Being a supervisor
Working at my company is very interesting because you get to work with people from diffferent cultural backgrounds which you have to try and accommodate everyone because I believe team work is the best when it came to achieving the best results and for employees productivity. Being a supervisor for me it meant making sure that a companies interest comes first and the targets are riched e.g money budget.my dairy job would be making sure that our clients bookings are done,complains and concerned are resolved.I'm very organised person who wants thing done according the schedule and everything is ready for the day.
Pros: If you perform very well,the company can send you to a 1year course to study.
Cons: You can be called at anytime, to go and assist in any of the sites which needs your supervision including nightshift

Good company
• Monitoring and maintenance of all backbone equipment, links and services including Data Centre equipment’s • Managing minor to major infrastructure Projects (in a hybrid infrastructure: Cisco, Nortel, Mitel, HP,Nexus ) • Fault reporting and resolution with Telco’s, as well as monitoring and responding to Telco’s maintenance notices • Notification of all network outages to customers both internal and external • Incident/problem diagnosis and reporting • Ticketing systems – keeping record of progress of local and international faults from initial request through to resolution • Monitoring and responding to incoming mail from customers as well as internal teams • Deal with internal escalations for network infrastructure related faults and drive resolution • Handling of all incoming telephone calls to the Network Operations Centre • Problem diagnosis and definition

Excellent motivator and hunter
I am self driven, motivated and focused. I am loyal to the Company that employs me. I am target orientated and like to achieve results. I am a good leader and motivator having worked as a sales manager as well as a sales consultant for many years. I have recently relocated from Johannesburg to Cape Town and believe my experience will bring great success to whomever employs me. I related well with others and work well in a team environment. I believe customer relationships are key to successfully growing business and service. Balanced with good communication and product knowledge.

My life in Logistics
Good morning, At my current role, we have toolbox meeting with the team (3 controllers and 1 fleet planner) for 15 minutes. We normal discuss what happened the previous day and we plan the current day. the second meeting is will the workshop regarding the trucks that are down and their ETA. I have learnt that you cannot operate individually in this business, everybody's input is crucial and important to achieve the company's desired goal. I enjoy the team spirit and the willingness to get the job done. As a depot manager this makes my job very easy. Even in my absence the business continues without any issues. This is a highly pressurised environment and certain controllers tend to crack under pressure. They tend to take off sick and this destabilise the operation. However, the positive aspect of this pressure is that other controllers learn from it but undertaking their colleagues duties in their absence.

A short overview
see CV. This is a typical Logistics Environment. My experience at EnviroServ has taught me more about the waste and dangerous goods industries, expanding my logistics knowledge and experience even further. I enjoy the day to day challenges and thrive in problem solving situations. It is always a satisfying feeling to deliver a service to our customers that is unattainable by our competition. We are like family at our Depot, each individual willing to go the extra mile for the company as well as each other. This has made working here easy and enjoyable.

Learning experience
When I joined Enviroserv it was a different industry from what I was used, but change does challenge me which I took upon myself and push myself that I am capable to learn new things.From a customer oriented person I joined the company and started to use the experience of what I learned from my previous job implemented to the new job
