I have developed a skill of communication.

In the time that I took up the position as sales executive I gained lot of experience around conflict managment, negotiation and optimal customer service. In addition I have also learnt that trust and good relationship with co workers, suppliers and clients is key to a successful healthy work environment. With the current position I hold as fleet and operations manager I have learnt that every challenge has a solution to it. That if you get the buy in of your drivers and people around you, together as a team you can achieve anything..

Pros: I have gained enough knowledge to work and do anything related to motor vehicles and people.
Cons: finding a secure sustainable position with room to learn and grow..

Excellent

I would like to work with people as a team because dat will lead us to have an open relationship with co workers. I will like to learn more from people and I love to work with people. I love my work a lot because I know how to do it. I have not say much about challenges but wat I know is that I will do my best to achive the goals of the company.

Excellent learning curve and marvelous communication

Walking long distance to do survey,getting difficult community members refusing to cooperate with us,people demanding for their waste to be removed without consulting the call centre,learned to communicate better with people,learn to solve problems by myself,learned to be panctual at all times and mostly learned to drive a waste bike and working as a team.Building a relationship between my colleagues,learned to be patient because not everyone can understand what you are talking about at once,build trust,walking extra mile to make sure that the work is done properly,avoiding fights on our team by always communicating with one another.

Cons: Walking Long distance by foot to do surveys,
