Great exposure to the engineering fraternity

Working at eNtsa allows me to be exposed to cutting edge technologies and solutions. I get to be mentored by people who are well knowledged on the latest technological and engineering solutions. My normal day includes doing routine checks on the electric bikes and all terrain vehicles, their repairs and maintenance. The most challenging aspect is having to work under pressure to deliver all the required maintenance tasks. This is due to the fact that we are under-staffed and thus have high volumes of tasks. The working environment has also empowered my communication skills and equipped me with interpersonal skills that are critical in maintaining a healthy relationship with my fellow colleagues.
