Excellent learning curve
My experience as a student at my previous company was amazingly great. I actually learnt a lot as a new individual with no exact experience. My role as a quality control inspector carried so much weight in many forms but i made sure I gave out a hundred percentage throughout. I gained knowledge about HACCP standardisation and how to work aseptical in a microbiological environment especially working at a foodles manufacturing company where hygiene is essential. My co-workers were amazing, hey made sure that my stay there was well deserved and that respect was very important amongst us. Working in synergy was the key to a great relationship.

I am self motivated Have good system implementation skills. Good in trainining Good in Auditing Have experience in implementing HACCP, ISO22000. Have experience in maintaining FSSC 22000 and ISO 9000

Excellent learning curve and opportunity
a typical work day in my current work start by doing hygiene checks on designated factories, there after glass checks and foreign matter management before production, at the begging of production recipe checks are usually conducted ,and on-line product checks .I have a good professional relationship with coworkers we address issues when they need to be addressed. i learnt a lot about pathogen management in a processing environment rather than dealing with a laboratory sample and discarding only, thus i can develop a good listeria/salmonella management programme. my job allows me to have a say on final product what goes to the market for sale and does it meet the required criteria. the most challenging aspect about my job is being against production and opposing the product, rejecting them.

General managerial duties, including training of new staff. Management of the staff in all aspects. Responsible for the distribution. Loading and checking the correct inventory of the trucks for delivery. Liaising with customers, suppliers, and other store managers. Responsible for sales and reaching specific sales targets. Buying of new stock and general inventory management. Handling of cash and credit. General admin duties and end of day sales reports. Visiting of stores on a daily basis to check stock and orders for the next day to ensure correct delivery. Management of the warehouse in all aspects. Ensuring that procedures are followed and food safety guidelines are met. Ex: ensuring correct temperatures. Ensuring expiration dates on products ready for distribution is in order. Inspection of the fleet vehicles and management of daily logistics for delivery. Employed as Operations Manager. Reporting to the owner.

It is a big industry in South Africa at top 40 of the jse market
mostly I work night shift, my co-workers we work with them as a team on whatever situation we face we discuss it .what enjoyed mostly is to share with my stakeholders information. I didn't like to be short in stock to supply I felt like we are non productive employees . Lastly I have learnt that that if we work as a team without any discrimination or undermining work we will be more easier and employees become more productive.

Excellent transfer from school to work area
The company is large and has supportive management. The employees are united as one big family. The work is not so tiring. Shifts are from 7am to 5pm. The experience was great, I had a lot to learn and really grew at the company
