Excellent Learning Curve in terms of the Clientelle that I get to work with

Long work Unfortunately no medical aid or pension for any management. The hours are extremely long and normally on a typical day, I would start at 5h30 dealing with all the whatsapp groups for all sites. During most nights I will be called by the control room if there has been an incident. I try and see all my clients weekly and then have to on a daily basis do all incident reports. I also do monthly incident reports for my bigger clients. I do my best to be available to the staff I oversee when they have issues with payroll, uniforms, leave etc and very often have to have issues corrected etc.hours and no perks

Cons: Long working hours, no benefits
