I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company. They do with you as they please. If you say something, you become a target, no people skills... Then again, what do you expect from an international company that only looks out for their own. I've worked at many places before, but this one takes the cake. No increases, no bonus, no communication. I don't like criticizing, but this company is by far the worst. Doesn't matter if you are an employee or a customer. they still treat you like an animal

Poor company for experienced individuals

The company has no promotions and most of all employees are not equal depending on how long you have been for the company new stuff members get paid more than old stuff members to be honest it's not a good company to want to grow in

Finding myself working at Ensure played a very big role for developing myself and others

Working at at current company was very Finding myself working at Ensure played a very big role for developing myself and others, the challenging part it was based on increased and not appropriate the worker, and lack of leadership in a way of confidence in the worker, most part i enjoy it was that i end up train others and that's me grow faster and willing to learn further, i end up doing courses like Hp Certificates and I'm able to build a good relationship

A quick learner who can absorb new ideas and can communicate clearly and effectively.

Hardware & OS installations on Desktops, Laptops and Tablet, Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing, Offering technical support onsite or via phone or email, Communication with customers and updating them about their units via phone and email, Computer maintenance, Ensuring quality control (QC)

Pros: Senior Technician is the most opportunity that is available.
Cons: Also able to work overtime when is needed.

Excellent learning curve

its a good company to work for, a good learning curve and good working hours also. the only problem we currently facing is that the is no growth for promotion in the company and the is no salary increment also.

My experience

Working with different type customers on a daily basis is challenging, ome minute you can have the sweetest customer one minute you can have the most horrible customer. So each day in Customer service is a new challenge. I enjoy working with different type of people especially those challenging ones they teach me how to control the situation and also going my extra mile to assist them. I the most amazing relationship with my colleagues esp my team members.

Pros: Working with different type of people daily.
Cons: Some customers want to kill ??

Different IT Fields

I have gained experience at different fields in the IT department like network troubleshooting, CCTV installation, pulling network cables,benchmarking and PST repairs or backup. We service choppies stores around south africa through online and shop visit (maintenance)

Well developed items of skill

I'm a laptop technician, my duty is to install software issues and hardware-based. Ability to deal effectively with clients at all levels, perform the repair, ensure that no wrong part used for repair. Perform the quality test, update the action taken details to insight.
