Yes I have learnt a lot from the company, new systems

Truly speaking it is a nightmare you are expected to perform miracles with short staffed people,4people left no replacement and there was a need for those people,some left without jobs due to the environment,because you are reminded everyday that the gate is open for you to leave if you are not happy. The relationship with my coworkers is very good. Learning new systems I enjoyed the most. The Boss that is My way or no way

Great exposure to a fast moving and adapting environment.

Enstra Paper is a very dynamic and developing company with great potential. You will be able to move up the ranks if you work hard and is willing to adapt in order to move forward with the business. The work force is culturally diverse. As a employee you are in control of your responsibilities and cannot sit back and relax, you need to be able to think fast and be willing to work extra hours, but you will be rewarded. If you are not committed, Enstra Paper is not for you.

Pros: Very dynamic workforce, massive career opportunities.
Cons: Must be willing to work long hours.

Perfect working environment

Please kindly consider my application for any available position n i started working as a cleaning and i was cutting broke and i end up working as a forklift driver loading n off loading truck n loading bales to a conveyor

Keeping machine availability Ensure production in minimal downtime Manage a team of up to 20 people Good relationship with subordinates Work as a team to keep downtime low I enjoy faultfinding on machines and learning new things Keeping calm in stressful situations

Excellent learning curve

Morning inspections and reports to prevent machine failure, attend to mechanical breakdown. Pull job card and attend to its requirements, draw spares and keep the mechanical workshop clean. Provide assistance to production personnel. Learnt a lot from senior artisans and management.

I am qualified electrician with industrial and residential experience of four years.my duties was maintained and repairing lights,fault finding and exchange motors
