Working for a fast paced professional services company.

ENS Africa is a professional services firm specializing in Legal advisory and consulting. It is the largest law firm on the African continent and is a fast paced company where Excellence in execution is at the core of its values. I have been with the firm for more than a year supporting the practitioner side of the business with end to end HR advisory and support extending from Recruitment and selection, to performance management, labour issues, people management etc. It is an enjoyable culture, one where each individual is held accountable for their actions. I enjoy this sense of accountability and ownership. I also enjoy the autonomy in which each individual is allowed to operate. The most challenging aspect of the job is attraction and retention. Due to the nature of the business the culture at ENS Africa is not one where anyone can fit into, especially in relation to generation Y. This is an ongoing project in articulating a sound Employee Value Proposition.

I have grown so much.

I am a mature young South African female. I am proactive, creative / innovative thinking abilities, can work independent and a self-starter. I am results and deadline driven, have a high level of personal responsibility. Open to new ideas; shares own knowledge; applies strategic knowledge in daily work; builds partnerships for learning and knowledge sharing, High energy, Inquisitive, Take initiative, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Highly organized and excellent time management skills, I pay attention to detail, accuracy and possess high standards of quality. I have strong planning and executing skills. I work well under pressure. I possess a valid code 08 driver’s license and am willing to travel. I have an ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels.

Wonderful Perks

Ens provides great employee benefits, but there is no growth and enough representation of previously disadvantage South Africans. Offices are clean and nice to work in. Not everyone is friendly.

Ens is a great company I have learned a lot but it’s time to further grow myself

ENS is a great company to work for but I must further my skills . It’s not easy leaving but it has to happen for the development of my growth. I would definitely work at Ens again given an opportunity In the near future is

A worthwhile place of employment for employees who work well under pressure - steep learning curve. The work environment is quit neutral with fixed opportunities for growth. support staff are very friendly.

Resourceful, Team work, flexible , infectious enthusiasm for technology, positive attitude,able to adopt to a changing environment. Able to handle pressure.
