Great learning curve & growth opportunity

Growing construction company with good strategic positioning with partners and liasons in construction industry. Great potential for new business particularly with jv partnerships. Developing infrastructure, growing team, mostly young and vibrant staff, but relatively high staff turnover. Exposure to various aspects of the business from business development, to project management and compliance management interesting.

Pros: Great learning curve and potential for growth
Cons: Long working hours, lack of infrastructure and systems can lead to stressful work environment

Learnt a lot

I was brought into ENM as the building was a very challenging project. With my experience in curved buildings I enjoyed doing the structural layout. Unfortunately ENM did not manage their financial side. The company has not been paying us. I have learnt a lot in whole process and could be of great value for another company.

Pros: Learnt to innovate and get the work done with what was available.
Cons: Lost time due to insufficient funds.

Worst Employer Ever to work for

Worst employer ever. No cash flow. Projects always late, subcontractors not paid. Treats employees like children, do no stick to agreements at all. Payment terms mean nothing to the company. No 30 day accounts due to bad credit rating.

Cons: Not getting paid
