Excellent Learning Curve

It was contract Marketing based work. I had a good working relationship with my peers. We strategised and implemented tasks to gain more clients. We set up the new company logo and worked with some great minds in designing.

Great opportunity

Working at Enlightened was a great opportunity and the opportunity to experience a different industry.Iv learned a lot at Enlightened until the owner passed way.

Cons: The working hours were as normal as other companies.

Potential to grow

With the right management team the company has the potential to upskill the staff and therefore promote us into other positions. Salary increases are only limited to a few employees.
