Very demanding, paper work orientated, filing, follow-ups regularly with various stakeholders

- A typical work day – very demanding work a full 8 hour day with minimal breaks and minimal support from managers - Your relationship with co-workers – cordial, everyone turns to me for assistance with tasks - What you have learnt – working as team member is greatest benefit to all concerned - What you enjoy most – meeting with CRA’s of various projects - The most challenging aspects of the job – poor communication from directors, managers, and other staff

Cons: long working hours, very demanding, nil benefits for medical aid, pension, provident fund

Great environment

You have a varied, fast paced day. due to numerous medical related projects run countrywide, there are matters to deal with continuously. All staff are friendly and work to specific goals.

Pros: Great learning opportunity
Cons: Budgetary constraints

Client driven and focusing on the needs of the people we serve. Linkage to care and ongoing support. Everyone works without being supervised and therefore there is no pressure.
