Excellent learning

Engine garage is a great company they treat the employees well and respect nd i love working there but the problem I dont like petrol so I've decided to find another job so that I could take care of my mother and the rest of the family . Engine has 3 the leave every week and that helps me fix everything i hadn't done well or household chores ,we have shifts as employees and the time table changes every month to benefit everyone

No excellent there we all working as the petrol attendant

if i can tell the truth on that company we are only workers who are working day by day as petrol attendant. there is non training, no further education and etc

Good learning

Am working day and night shifts, if am working day shift am starting from 7am to 6pm and if am working night shift am starting from 6pm to 7am. We have a good relationship with my colleagues and my managers. Am rating R22.33 a hour. I have learnt to work with people and different race. I've learnt to work with customers as they are always right so I know how to treat them. I've learnt to manage time. I enjoy when the shop is full of customers because am enjoying my work. Long hours and night shift are my challenges.

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING

I HAVE COMMUNICATION,CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPUTER SKILLS.I WORKED 8 HOURS TO 16 HOURS AT MY CURRENT JOB BUT WILLING TO WORK LONG HOURS COZ AM A HARD WORKER AND TAKE ORDERS FROM MY JUNIOR STAFF OR MANAGEMENT STAFF AND I ENJOYED EVERY HOUR I WORK AT THAT GARARGE.I AM WILLING TO WORK AGAIN AT ANY GARAGE IF I CAN GET THIS POSITION.
