From the experience that I have gained whilst working for 5 years at this company I have managed to enhance my knowledge and skills in the field of Human Resources and Occupational Health and Safety immensely. The position and its requirements captured my interest and I have aligned my studies accordingly. My current main job function as HR Manager requires me to have knowledge of the Labour relations act, Basic conditions of Employment act, Employment Equity act as well as the regulations stipulated and monitored by trade unions in the motor industry. My job requires me to be very flexible and expectancies to enable myself to do a variety of different duties consisting of general office and administrative- as well as professional duties. The reasons for seeking another opportunity relates to limitations for advancement and further promotion within the current organisation. I have the need to further excel and expose myself to new organisational structures.

Pros: flexibility / personal space allowed to do my own thing
Cons: long hours / extremely regulated industry / heavy workload
