The company is local Municipality with many different departments I work in the engendering department were we maintenance tithe services roads and we do pipe maintenance, there is a very good work relationship and a very good opportunity in terms of of opportunities to develop career wise

Good learning curve

working in the municipality taught me how to work under pressure when you meet deadline, we always work together because at the end of the day we need an output. I enjoyed when we have occasion because it gave you the idea of how the municipality stand and its mission and values. The main challenges is supply chain process when you want to procure something ,it delays and the circular that changed daily it makes your work difficult. And challenge is that limit of scope when you want to test information and delays submitting information that you requested.
