Excellent learning curve .

excellent relationship with my co_workers.i have expanded my knowledge from groceries to butchery,bakery and hot meal replacements.i have enjoyed worked working with department managers instore and formed a close relationship with them.

I learn alot from diffrent people I work with

Typical day at work is dealing with customers and managers in stores, I have a good relationship with Co workers never had any problems with each other, I learnt to respect everyone around me and how to deal with diffrent types of people, I enjoy moving around from store to store meeting diffrent people, what's challenging is getting store managers and owners to sign off on new products or orders that needs to go into stores.

Pros: Promote within the company
Cons: Not alot of positions available

Great opportunity for growth

Most challenging parts of the job were to take opinions of all the senior management and create templates or workspaces that made each one of them satisfied to work with. My relationship with colleagues was excellent and personal. I have learnt about myself that even though I am young I am able to move my rank within a company through hard work and dedication no matter how much work it may take. I love making processes smoother within a work place and striving to ensure other people or my senior management can rely on me to get things done.

Pros: Always room for growth and space for creativity
Cons: Dealing with a lot of input on your work and having to redo most of the work no matter what
