Am not earning much but i can't complain that much because am surviving.

I work long hours even in public holidays and weekends i do work so i van't complain about the job because am getting something to make a better living and i don't mind working on weekends and public holidays.

Pros: At workforce it's not easy to get a promotion because they first look at your service with the company.
Cons: long working hours it kills us as employees of enforce because we work 12 hours a day and we don't earn much but job is a job as long i get paid i don't mind to work long hours.
