It was a good learning path career

In my position as a Recruitment Consultant for Energy at Work, I have recruited and placed candidates at various companies such as :ABSA, Telesure, Different life, Instant life, Affinity, Tracker, VAS-X, Intergrisure just to name a few. I specialised in the financial services industry and in IT.

Pros: Understand a diversity of people
Cons: Long working and hour, little salary

I have been in a position leading 75 agents who also reported to their own TLs

Since I have been working in this company, I have enjoyed every working relationship . I have been working here for 13 months now and I have grown to love their working conditions, their processes and management style.

Excellent learning curve

I have excellent working relationship with the staff and somehow they always depend on me to assist. As you can see, I have had extensive work experience in office/ risk environments, with my experience in the difference sectors it has given me varied skills and the ability to work with many different types of people. I believe I could fit in easily with your team. I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I'm flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I also have lots of ideas and enthusiasm. I'm keen to work for a company where growth is provided. I have excellent references and would be delighted to discuss any possible vacancy with you at your convenience.
