Amazing learning curve

I learnt a great deal in the company. I was able to gain experience in almost all the department's as I am a keen learner. I proved my reliability and executed tasks successfully. I.juggled 3 people's work in a day, submitted lots of reports and solved problems taking initiative on my own. I singlehandedly worked hard to build office culture as our environment lacked this important aspect. I had a good relationship with each of my co-workers, each relationship was different and special in its own way. I enjoyed learning about the different departments in the company, I was able to fill in when short staffed in any department which proved my flexibility and desire to grow within the company. My most difficult challenge was dealing with managers who would undermine your work and make you feel incompetent without giving you a hearing and without taking into consideration the workload. Overall I enjoyed my experience and definitely learnt way more than I ever imagined in just a short span of time.

Pros: Ability to learn how to operate in various departments
Cons: Not receiving recognition for hard work , for work overload or for long hours put in

Excellent learning curve

Great company with great working curve. They offer great learning experiences through their ICT field. A big company with few employees that are kind and willing to help where they can. The company CEO is always at work and also made us feel welcome and comfortable. Working there as an intern was a great experience as I got to work at different departments and enjoyed the work exposure as I got to gain experience in different fields.

Pros: Great place to gain experience.
Cons: Company policies are not for people who are looking for permanent positions.

Self Taught

Working with different clients will teach you a lot of things, I’ve learnt patience and people skills. I had a good relationship with my the end users that I was supporting and to this day we still talk from time to time. I’ve learnt about CCTV, HP switches, servers and wireless access points. I’m dedicated hard worker and I love what I do.

Cons: Minimal wage

Great working wnvironment

Connect Pc’s to the domain and network, configure computer hardware resources. Configure setup and maintain software applications (Microsoft package and antivirus packages). Configure E-mails, Pc’s and Internet for users. Manage and monitor network performance and computers. Repair and service

Pros: Hard working and a team player
Cons: Hate not reaching my set goals
