I learnt alot

Working as a finance co-ordinator was alot challenging due to the company i worked for has 4 hotel and i had to nake sure all account balance i had to make sure everything was up to date everything is paid for all trucks have been serviced are all company cars paid for all fines were paid for and lastly had to make sure that all employee's are paid for even for the overtime that they worked for.i had an awesome time working with my finance team .

Pros: The staff is always willing to help if you are battling in something3

Standard learning curve

Its a good company to work for. I just doubt it pays well though, arccording to market related salary review. Its a very acomodating environment for anyone/race. The stuff and management get along. Especially with so many learning chanells, training and development. I've learnt a lot, custormer services, fica and responsible gambling. Discipline etc. And in terms of performance, they do apraise. I enjoy nightshift the most, coz that's when you get most challenges from guests. And that makes you even perform better under preassure.
