Team player.
I have a great communication skills, I am a team player and I have the ability to work under pressure. I have a good personality, I am a good person to be around with or work with. I provide a good customer service. I enjoy working with group and helping others. The most challenging that I meet everyday is to deal with difficult customers and solve disputes on my own. I have learnt different kinds of people everyday.

I love my job. For the past nine years that I worked her it is a bleasing
Communication is the best element in our department since well we perform different portfolios on day to day work. I have learned a lot regarding the bally system that we use for running of promotions . I enjoy most when a fuming guest come to me and I will make the guest to feel at home. That was when the system for running of promotion did not work at other machines. I had to liaise with the Slots Manager just to let him know of the situation . Then the ball was in my hands because guests were waiting for the promotion to take part at their machine as promised.
Pros: There is chance for growth
Cons: I sometimes work long however it does not affect my day job

Stepping stone
Working hours are more from 7h00 to 16h00 an hour more than usual. Co workers were welcoming, friendly and helpful. I've learnt to work, help and deal with customers. Enjoy the canteen card where all employees get to take food at the canteen just as long as your card still has money. Challenge is that I leave quite far from where I used to work, and most of my salary was for transport purposes

Good company for experience
I've learnt a lot in my learnership.I was in a 3 years electrical engineering leanership where for a year I went to school for theory for 3 months and 9 months in a maintenance company to gain work experience I was an electrician assistant

Working in an entertainment industry as casino slots machine host is basically selling the hospitality of emperors to our customers. In help guest to enjoy their stay and make them aware of the benefits they can enjoy at emperors.Teach them how to play machines, help if there are disputes arising from their plays. Reset jackpots won, verify that their funds has being succesfully tranfered into the players card and ensure all machines are up to the standard_if there malfunctioning machine call on the technician to fix or can be fixed without the help of technician. Working as a team makes my job easier, if there anything that i dont understand colleague are always there to assist. Liase with managers and supervisors on the floor. There are times where one feel preasure when system has crashed, patience challenge between a staff and customer but a host even when its a hopeless situation i have deliver an excellent customer services in order to keep them happy.
Pros: Chances of being recognised and moved to another level are so many.work as sipervisor, executive host working in VIP guest.
Cons: Long hours of standing,working night shifting, working in smoking area.

Expanding knowledge
Working within a team, helping out each other during problem solving was great. More experience was gained during that period. Knowledge was expanded due to us working together. All were working in equality, supporting each other. Had fun with the challenges of month end. I love to work hard, not sitting in a relaxed mode.

Star in the making
Typical work day It is so interesting working in an environment that is full of life on daily bases Relationship with co-workers Extremely challenging working with different people from different cultures, it helped me understand people and I enjoy learning so much from them. What I have learnt You learn every day from different people, what you need to do is open to criticism as this help you know your strength as an individual. What I enjoy most Open to learning, this helped me to attract lot of people to my surroundings. I love sharing information, talking all day long, practicing voice overs about my company and its slogan. The most challenging aspect of my job Pulling very long hours like 14-15 hours most of the time, away from the family, intensive concentration all day long, dealing with very difficult clients at times.
Pros: Always eyeing for growth and opportunities
Cons: No time to have self time as you will project very long hours
