Self-driven learner

I take my work very serious and always make sure that I complcomplete the task on time. I always communicate with my supervisor when I need help. We make sure that we have meetings, to update each other with the change within the business. I've learned that communication and respect are the key to success. Always take that small challenge and make it work for your benefit. I've enjoyed working as sales Secretary because it has helped me to grow and have build my confidence.

Good learning curve

I have been working for the company for a year and 9 months , I started With the contract on the 28th Of March 2018. From the first day everything was going well,got along with the staff,had a very good working relationship and respected each other, we are still working fine together even though everywhere you go the are those dull days but I am able to handle the problems and find a solution immediately. My experience so far is that i have improved a lot in communication skills,working under pressure and with different kinds of religion, belief's and cultures , treating one another with respect ,love and care. The challenges I face is when doing ward rounds ,is when I find a very difficult and rude patient of which i have to keep calm,smile and make sure that before I leave the patient is happy.

Learnt a lot.

My days starts at 6am, first thing to be done is breakfast, then start taking things out for lunch which were issued the day before and prep overnight. From there attend to the front of house staff to make sure they have everything they need be it change(money) or stock During service I have to attend to customers of we have any issues. From there topping up food for later on he day then start with the following days issues. Also djring the day if we have any deliveries I will have to do those and this was when we did not have a storeman.. I learnt a lot working with this team. The different personalities and being my first time managing a team from such different backgrounds. Things were very shaky in the beginning but we pulled through and worked as a team throughout, front and back of house. Have to be honest though it was very challenging at first. What I enjoyed working there was the results at the end of the day. Comparing it what it was when I first started working there.

Pros: There was an opportunity to become unit manager.
Cons: Time consuming

New environment working in a hygiene company. Working on SAP sytem is ok and eady to lean.

....it knlw xompany in a hygiene industry a .we.family enviroment .team work mostly leaned never new that they do so much work.reason being i uaed to see them eaning at other companies

Learning curve

We alk know that at work it's not always the same, sometimes it's nice and sometimes it's bad because you work with different people with different attitudes it's only a matter of understanding why you came there from the first place, to work obviously, therefore you just have to understand the people you working with and make peace with their differences. Working with customers especially people that are sick is very difficult but then again you have to understand that we don't see things the same way but we just have to find ways of dealing with things and problems faced.

Excellent learning curve

I When I start working at Empact it wasn't easy but I did manage work hard and learn more about the business. The company have helped me to grow and I have gained lot of experience. Working at sales was hard because I wasn't confident enough but I did manage to cope and end up enjoying the work. We work so we with my co-workers and I'm a team player person. I know how to manage my time and always make sure that I finish my tasks in time. wit

I am a fast learner and willing to learn new things.. I can work under alot of pressure

I have grade 12 with maths and physical science. Im working at empact group as a food service assistant. Doing till, sandwiches, coffee, smoothies and serving customers
