Cons: • The lack of respect I get as I am just a admin Clerk • Taking minutes • The amount of interruption I face on a daily routine • Being a dumping ground • Other colleagues assume all the tasks are for me to do as they don’t understand my role • Being expected to drop everything the moment a more senior colleague wants me to do something

Excellent learning curve
I update records for employees on daily basis. Supported additional functions in administrative , and reception area as needed. Worked with principal to improve data system. Compile statistical reports
Pros: Meeting different people. I have value the relationship and report I have built with the person. I work for and the appreciation for a job well done. Busy days, I am always on my feet. There is always something to learn.
Cons: Being expected to drop everything the moment a more senior colleague wants me to do something. Pointless meetings. The amount of interruptions I face on a daily routine.
