From being a truck assistant to a Warehouse/Logistics supervisor. Quite a challenge.

it was a good challenge when i was promoted from being a checker to a data capture. then to be the fleet controller and when they saw my skills and determination i was then promoted to be a night-shift supervisor and it was very challenging because i had to monitor the trucks on how they are loaded in order to avoid damages and overweight and we were doing exceptional work with my crew or employees because of good communication skills and discipline.Not to mention my managers because each time the come in the morning the find emails from me handing over the job and how we operated during the night and what has to be done on day-shift to maintain smooth operation. the most challenging issue was when you have to deal with some harsh or furious customers and having to solve their problems in a quick and pleasant way.

Pros: When i was promoted from a Data Capture to be a Fleet controller(Operations)
Cons: i was working for +-73 hours a week for 4 years

An excellent learning curve.
