A little bit about the value I can add

I have been in the construction industry for a total period of 8+ years, managing projects ranging in budgets between R2m and R600m. One of my major successes was the development of Khutsong RDP project where 5500 was build in about 4 years with a budget of R600 million Rand. Although this was an extreme difficult project with challenges of sinkholes that appeared during the project, foundation specification and designs that needed to be changed immediate, houses and beneficiaries that needed to be relocated under severe pressure and strikes due to non delivery of electricity, the project was completed in time and budget and is seen as one of the better RDP projects in South Africa. Another blue print project completed was the new Koketso Primary School in the North West Province. The project was identified as a pilot project and only the best finishing products was used

Focus on areas of intefrwdt

EMH Consulting is my own business, and its used for consultancies in the construction industry. Through EMH Themane was helped to win R30m in contracts. At this stage business is very unstable and therefor i urgently seeking a position. Whatever time will learn future business influenced will be channelled to whomever i work for.

Cons: you're on your own in a very unstable economy

Good experience

Planning & execution of major civil contracts.

I have extensive experience in both the commercial (including PPPs - long-term contract between the public sector (a Public Sector Client) and a private company or consortium of companies (a Private Entity) and construction side of the industry, and have been involved in a variety of projects among which are Hospitals, Clinics, Schools, high-rise Office buildings, Retail Centres, residential Projects and RDP developments.

A good experience

I has put in long hours to save my previous enterprise to make a success. I took the company from a R30m per year to a R350m turnover, untill i found out how fraudilient business in Mpumalanga was done. I can not be associated by this.

Cons: Not my type of people
