Excellent learning curve

Customer support Officer:  Help to troubleshoot customer problems where possible on their Speed Point payment systems;  Track and trace transactions done via all VISA & MASTERCARDS  Track and trace all Mobile Speed-Points that are being delivered by UTI delivery service.  Represented the bank at the check processing center.  Oversaw the control of cash flow and bank keys.  Data entry, maintaining customer databases and logging calls;  Tracked customer experience metrics and ensured that customers received excellent service  Provided all customers with a great customer experience by listening, answering their questions and setting up appointments when needed.  Effectively managed time to improve overall customer experience  Liaised with sales and marketing departments to provide customer trends and reports  Effectively used in-house Customer Relationship Management software to serve customers better and faster with minimal errors

- As long as i do not work o weekends or public holidays. I am whilling to work flexible hours depending on work overload. -I am an easy to work with individual. -I had an excellent professional relationship with my co workers, which gelled quite nicely with the company environment. People assisted one another. We worked as a team to solve problems and learned new skills to reach our team objectives.
