Excellent learning curve

My job is very interesting yet at time the management make it very difficult to for one to express their creativity as they except one to be creative in their terms which really limits one ability to dieliver, but the relationship with my colleagues is build on respect as we share the same struggles with management, the most enjoyable thing about my job is constantly learning new things with every project that is client based

Pros: Exposure to a lot and learnt a lot
Cons: Being marginalised
