Having to deal with all different poeple on different level and diversity.

It was not easy for me esp in the beginning as I thought it would be, every day is a bit of a challenge, esp when you are on probation to becoming permanent. Always starting for a new company can be very challenging esp if you are a very bubbly and vibrant person. Having to work with people that is not always on the same level of enthusiasm is can become a damper for others. people read you wrongly. I love what I do even if he if the environment is not so friendly. I have a routine of which I repeat the same things and occasionally have new things to do. I have learned how to work in a corporate, retail, franchise and industrial environment. What I enjoy most in my work is having to speak on the phone answering calls, relaying messages, being able to brighten up someone day. There is not really any challenges for me regarding my work it's more the people I work with. I'm a great team player but prefer working alone.
