Currently I'm working a whole day not counting hours because it a lodge and we don't have shift

Currently I'm working a whole day not counting hours because it a lodge and we don't have shift We are working hand on hand and help each other so that the lodge will run smooth with no complications I have learn to be patient and love my job I enjoy working with different people from different backgrounds What challenge the most id to wake up at night and attend the guest who are check in late at night

Pros: looking out to grow in the industry
Cons: working long hours
