Great working experience

We work as a team and ensure that we share information relating to the audits that were perform. The relation between myself and co-workers is sound and strong as I have to direct them on a regular basis and ensure that we have a common understanding for reporting purposes. I enjoy the diversity of functions and departments that I audit and advise on a monthly basis. Designing internal controls and making recommendations for solving complex issues experienced by the municipality. The most challenging aspect of the job is dealing with different personalities of the clients/ municipal staff and making them understand that you are not a watchdog of the municipality with a motive to dismiss bad behavior but rather a friend to the control environment of the organisation. Helping them to design, improve, or implement processes that will assist them to achieve the objectives of the municipality without any hindrance. In other words to help them manage risks better and more efficiently.

Excellent learng

I feel pretty fortunate to have met such awesome, quirky people, many of whom have become more than work-mates. Ups, downs and sideways, I’ve worked with incredibly supportive people who always make me laugh some way. It’s these friendships that make my job so much easier, and allowed me to collaborate on some projects that have had great outcomes. Everyone has a place in the municipality but the managers know it's our council as much as theirs. They care about us and help us to grow, strive to learn new skill sets and appreciate us and we can see that every day. I enjoy people and the diversity of it all. I feel I am appreciated and allowed to take initiative to get things accomplished. I am trusted. I love my job because no day is ever the same. Each day I am presented with new challenges and situations, which really helps me to stay focused and interested. I also enjoy being able to be as creative as I can.

I am a hard working individual who is passionate and fast learning dedicated to his work, I am an individual who always up for a new challenge and energetic.I have good working relationship with my co-workers is nominal, and i very interesting person who always thing of the others.

secured a promising position that offered both a challenge and a good opportunity for growth, worked in association with professional groups who offered opportunity for career advancement and professional growth, Exposed in stimulating environment where I applied and enhanced my knowledge and skills which served to the best of my efforts.
