QUALITY ASSURANCE AGENT / RELEASED OPERATOR

Good day, I work as a Quality Assurance Agent in a firm that deals with telephonic devices as in contracts with one of the largest networks in South Africa. On a normal day, i call the customers to confirm the sales made by the sales agents as in devices and packages on upgrades or new contracts. I confirm the addresses where the customer would like us to send the device to using one of the local courier companies. I then process and release the device which will automatically be invoiced and consigned with the courier company. I also listen to the sales agent recordings checking the quality and attend to queries.

Pros: I get commission if I reach my target
Cons: when the system is down we get backlogs

Good day. I have worked as a Call Centre Agent. Two years as Sales Consultant

I sell expensive devices like the latest IPhone 7 but only get R40 commission for Vodacom the largest network in the country. Very demoralizing as the owners want us to sell expensive devices like the IPhone 7 and pay us R40

Pros: no opportunities as we work weekends for them to live a plush life
Cons: work weekends
